Sales Executive – Full Time
Role:
Full time; Hybrid role – Working from office, field sales and remote
Starting salary from £28K depending on experience.
Location: East Midlands/West Midlands
Responsibilities:
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Develop and nurture client relationships to gain new business;
• Create a database and manage and update sales;
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email;
• Liaise with Training Brokers and provide updated open course dates;
• Make calls to companies to fill up open course dates;
• Meet and exceed sales target;
Skills:
• Proficient in time management to prioritise tasks effectively;
• Strong computer skills;
• Excellent admin ability in Microsoft Outlook, Word and other office software;
• High level of organisational skills to maintain accurate records and files;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of courses and awarding bodies to be able to sell courses;
• Previous experience in Training Sales;
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Essential Requirements:
• Own car and valid driving licence.
