Experience

My name is Sej, I have worked in various industries and studied in different fields. My background has been working with children and young people with Autism, ADHD and various other behaviour issues, supporting them around mindset, negative emotions and behaviour.

Since 2016, I have worked with adults coaching/counselling on a one-to-one basis, around Mindset, Mental Health and Personal Development.

I’m passionate about seeing how individuals I’ve worked with have turned their lives around through a shift in their mindset; some of my success stories include individuals building their confidence to excel in their careers, giving up bad habits to live a healthier life, and even building better relationships.

I have a degree in Psychology and Law and I am a qualified instructor in various subjects. I am also a certified coach, having completed and certified a Personal Development Coaching Programme delivered by the world famous (Late) Bob Proctor.
